We are seeking a Business Procurement Local Buyer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role focuses on sourcing materials and services locally, ensuring that the supply chain remains cost-effective and efficient. You will be responsible for evaluating vendor performance, negotiating contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with local suppliers to meet organizational procurement goals. Salary details for this position are structured as follows: UAE Nationals receive a monthly salary of AED 41,990, while Expatriates are offered AED 17,506 per month plus a housing allowance of AED 135,000. Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Strong professional background in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics industries.
Excellent communication skills with proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Proven experience working with ERP systems such as SAP/S4 or Oracle is preferred.
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to manage local vendor relationships.
Ability to analyze market trends and identify cost-saving sourcing opportunities.
Knowledge of regional procurement regulations and commercial legal standards.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Capacity to work independently and as part of a collaborative procurement team.
