BUSINESS PROCUREMENT INVENTORY ASSOCIATE @ GPT UAE
We are looking for a Business Procurement Inventory Associate to manage inventory levels and ensure data accuracy within our procurement department in Abu Dhabi. This role involves tracking stock, performing audits, and coordinating with the warehouse team to optimize inventory turnover and reduce waste. For UAE Nationals, the monthly salary is AED 41,990. For Expatriates, the monthly salary is AED 17,506, supplemented by a housing allowance of AED 135,000. This role is vital for maintaining the efficiency of our procurement cycle and ensuring that all materials are accounted for accurately.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in inventory or procurement roles.
Solid background in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics management.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English are mandatory.
Prior experience utilizing ERP software such as SAP/S4 or Oracle.
Proficiency in inventory management techniques and software tools.
Ability to conduct thorough stock audits and reconciliations regularly.
Strong analytical skills for demand forecasting and inventory planning.
Detail-oriented approach to monitoring stock levels and storage conditions.
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with warehouse and logistics staff.
