BUSINESS PROCUREMENT ASSOCIATE EXPEDITOR @ GPT UAE
We are hiring a Business Procurement Associate Expeditor for our operations in Abu Dhabi. The primary focus of this role is to monitor and facilitate the flow of materials to ensure that all orders are delivered on time and meet the required specifications. You will coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to resolve any delays or bottlenecks in the procurement process. The salary for UAE Nationals is AED 41,990 per month, and for Expats, it is AED 17,506 per month plus a housing allowance of AED 135,000. Candidates should be proactive and detail-oriented to succeed in this fast-paced environment.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in a procurement or expediting role.
Background in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Logistics is essential.
Strong communication skills with fluency in Arabic and English languages.
Experience with ERP systems like SAP/S4 or Oracle is highly desirable.
Strong follow-up and tracking skills to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Ability to proactively identify and resolve supply chain delays and bottlenecks.
Excellent relationship management skills with domestic and international suppliers.
High level of accuracy in maintaining order status records and documentation.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in technical tools and software related to supply chain tracking.
