Key Requirements
Current Property and Casualty (P&C) license in the state of Tennessee.
Previous experience in personal lines insurance within an agency setting.
Familiarity with multiple insurance carrier rating software and portals.
Strong technical knowledge of personal insurance products like Home, Auto, and Umbrella.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Word.
High attention to detail when processing policy applications and endorsements.
Ability to explain complex insurance terms to clients in a clear and concise manner.
Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with a diverse client base.
