Key Requirements
Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License.
Proven track record of success in insurance sales or business development.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the Tennessee community.
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for closing new business.
Deep understanding of various insurance markets and underwriting requirements.
