ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE @ GPAC
We are looking for strategic Account Executives to manage high-level client relationships and complex insurance programs across Tennessee. In this senior-level role, you will be the strategic lead for major accounts, overseeing the entire client lifecycle from initial assessment to annual renewal. You will coordinate with account managers and producers to ensure that service delivery exceeds client expectations and aligns with their business goals. This position requires a deep understanding of risk management and the ability to consult on sophisticated coverage structures for mid-market and large-market clients. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with senior carrier representatives to advocate for your clients and secure favorable terms. This is a leadership-focused role that demands high-level technical expertise and the ability to mentor junior staff members within the agency. By applying a partnership approach, you will help agencies scale their operations and maintain a competitive edge in the insurance market. Candidates should be comfortable presenting to executive-level stakeholders and delivering comprehensive risk reports and renewal strategies.
Key Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in insurance account management or brokerage.
Extensive knowledge of complex commercial or personal lines insurance programs.
Professional designations such as CIC, CRM, or CPCU are highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage and grow a book of high-net-worth or large commercial clients.
Strong leadership skills and experience mentoring account management teams.
Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to analyze financial data and carrier loss runs to advise clients.
Mastery of agency management software and risk analysis tools.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or a related field.
Excellent interpersonal skills for building long-term trust with major stakeholders.
