Key Requirements
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience in construction/site management
Strong leadership and project supervision skills
Hands-on experience in managing construction projects from start to finish
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and structural blueprints
In-depth knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination
Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking on-site
Ability to manage project timelines and meet strict deadlines
Experience in resource planning and subcontractor management
