Goodwill Ceramics Tanzania is seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to drive growth and manage international client relationships from their base in Mkuranga. As a leading manufacturer producing over 80,000 square meters of tiles daily, the company requires a professional who can effectively promote ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, and related products. This role involves preparing detailed quotations, providing technical product insights, and negotiating pricing to close critical sales opportunities.
The ideal candidate will conduct thorough market intelligence and competitor analysis to keep the company ahead of industry trends. Participation in trade exhibitions, client meetings, and online promotions is required, alongside a commitment to meeting ambitious sales targets. Key Requirements
Prior sales experience in building materials or ceramics
Fluency in written and spoken English
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
Willingness and ability to travel for long-term business assignments
A results-driven and proactive attitude
Experience in international client relationship management
Capability to prepare professional quotations
Skills in market intelligence and competitor analysis
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
