The Graphic Design Officer at Goodwill Ceramics Tanzania will be responsible for conceptualizing and designing a wide range of branding and promotional materials for both online and offline channels. Based in Mkuranga, this role involves maintaining brand consistency across all marketing visuals and handling post-production tasks like product image editing. The designer will play a crucial part in monitoring the execution of design projects from start to finish.
Candidates should be adept at working with the marketing and sales teams to align design outputs with business objectives. Staying updated with modern design trends and possessing a strong understanding of typography and layout are essential. This role also involves managing printing and production standards to ensure that all physical marketing materials meet the company's high quality-control benchmarks.

Key Requirements
Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Fine Arts
Minimum of 2 years professional experience in graphic design
Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Strong understanding of typography and layout design principles
Professional knowledge of color matching and color theory
Familiarity with printing and production standards
A strong portfolio of previous design work
Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro or CapCut
Ability to collaborate effectively within marketing and sales teams
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Knowledge of home furnishing or building materials industries
Capability to monitor and execute design projects from concept to completion
