You will be responsible for the entire design process, from initial mood boards and sketches to fabric selection, technical specifications, and overseeing sample production. Key Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, specifically in the fashion or textile industry.
Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Certificate holder in Fashion Design or a related creative field.
Age between 25 and 33 years.
Strong background in merchandising, sourcing, and product development processes.
Deep understanding of woven apparel, fabric selection, and garment construction.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts effectively.
Proficiency in fashion design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) and hand sketching.
Ability to create technical flats, spec sheets, and comprehensive design packages.
Keen eye for current fashion trends, color theory, and textile innovations.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership over design collections.
