The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing consulting assignments and ensuring that all professional services are delivered with the highest quality and ethical standards. This role involves managing a team of consultants and coordinating workflow to meet organizational objectives.
Key responsibilities include supervising consulting assignments, allocating work among staff members, and reviewing final deliverables for accuracy and compliance. The supervisor will also monitor project deadlines, manage client files, and coordinate quality service delivery to ensure client satisfaction. Gross Monthly Salary: TZS 700,000 – 1,200,000.

Key Requirements
Relevant qualification in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
Strong experience in professional tax and consulting services.
Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage consulting teams.
Proficiency in allocating work and managing staff workloads.
High attention to detail for reviewing professional deliverables.
Excellent organizational skills to monitor and meet deadlines.
Competence in managing and organizing complex client files.
