FULL STACK DEVELOPER @ GOLDCAVERN ASSOCIATES
We are looking for a practical Full Stack Developer who can take features from concept to production. You will build and maintain secure, scalable financial and operational systems while improving existing products and delivering reliable customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end development, ensuring that our technical architecture remains robust and responsive to market demands. This role is based in Dar es Salaam, where you will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to drive innovation and maintain high standards of code quality and system performance.
Key Requirements
Strong experience in at least one backend stack (Node.js, Java, or PHP)
Proficiency with React and TypeScript
Experience developing and maintaining REST APIs
Strong understanding of SQL databases (PostgreSQL and MySQL)
Competency with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
Experience implementing secure authentication and OIDC/Keycloak
Knowledge of asynchronous workflows and caching strategies
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize production environments
Excellent documentation and technical communication skills
Experience in building scalable and reliable financial applications
