One of our esteemed clients is looking to hire a Field Sales & Marketing Executive in Uganda. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading multinational company delivering innovative agricultural tools, machinery, and smart farming solutions to farmers and businesses. The role involves field sales, dealer development, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and market expansion across Uganda. You will be part of a trusted multinational organization that offers a supportive and growth-focused environment, helping you build a rewarding career in the agriculture and machinery sector while making a meaningful impact in farming communities. Compensation: 2 L to 2.5 L UGX Per Month (Max).

The Field Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for visiting farmers, dealers, industries, and businesses to promote specific products and solutions. Key duties include conducting product demonstrations, explaining machine benefits, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with dealers and customers. You will also be expected to collect market insights, track competitor information, and maintain daily updates and reports within the Odoo CRM system. Achieving monthly sales and business development targets is a critical component of the role, alongside participating in exhibitions, fairs, and various promotional events to increase brand visibility.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Mechanical Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. 1 to 3+ years of proven experience in field sales. Prior experience in the agriculture equipment, machinery, or generator industry is preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Comfortable using smartphones and various mobile applications for daily operations. Knowledge of Odoo CRM will be considered a significant added advantage. Willingness to travel extensively across Uganda to visit clients and dealers. Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive personality focused on business growth. Basic English communication skills are required for internal reporting. Fluency in local languages relevant to the Mbale region is highly preferred. Ability to coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support and service.
