Go Talent HR Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Mechanic to join a premier company based in Uganda. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience working specifically with diesel engines.
Proven expertise in the maintenance and repair of large commercial fleets.
Deep knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in heavy vehicles.
Ability to perform complex diagnostics using modern automotive tools and software.
Relevant technical degree or vocational certification in Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Technology.
Strong understanding of health and safety regulations within a mechanical workshop environment.
Willingness to relocate to Uganda and work in a dynamic international environment.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet fleet uptime targets.
Strong communication skills for reporting and coordinating with management.
Ability to lead and mentor a team of junior technicians and mechanics effectively.
