Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in a busy sea or air cargo industry environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and Word.
Deep understanding of Tanzanian customs procedures and port operations.
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Proven problem-solving skills in high-pressure logistics scenarios.
Must be a Tanzanian citizen aged 30 years or above.
Full fluency in both English and Swahili (spoken and written).
Professional certification in freight forwarding or logistics management is highly preferred.
Ability to manage complex shipping documentation and operational schedules independently.
