GNM CARGO is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join their Call Center team in Dar es Salaam. The primary focus of this role is to handle customer inquiries, provide detailed information about the company's logistics and trading services, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The candidate will be responsible for resolving customer issues efficiently and maintaining accurate records within the company's database system.
This position requires a candidate who can effectively communicate in both English and Swahili to cater to a diverse clientele. Fluency in the Chinese language is considered a significant advantage given the company's international operations. The role is based at the GNM CARGO office located at Plot 31 Block 52, Omary Londo Street, Kariakoo Gerezani. Key Requirements
Female gender identity, aged between 20 and 30 years.
Possession of a professional Customer Care Certificate.
Proven work experience in a Call Center or customer service environment.
High proficiency in computer usage and standard software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swahili.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to speak and understand the Chinese language is a strong added advantage.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.
Proficiency in data entry and recording customer information accurately into systems.
