DRAFTSMAN (ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE) @ GMC
We are seeking a detail-oriented Draftsman specializing in Roads and Infrastructure to produce technical drawings and shop drawings for our Dubai projects. In this role, you will convert engineering concepts and sketches into detailed 2D and 3D models using AutoCAD. You will be responsible for ensuring that all drawings for sewerage, stormwater, and road works are accurate and comply with the project's technical specifications.
The Draftsman will collaborate with engineers and project managers to revise designs based on site requirements and as-built data. This position requires a professional who understands the nuances of civil infrastructure and can provide the visual documentation necessary for construction teams to execute projects correctly. Your accuracy in drafting will be vital to the success of our irrigation and road network installations.

Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Draftsman in infrastructure projects.
High level of proficiency in AutoCAD and related drafting software.
Experience in drafting sewerage and stormwater drainage plans.
Ability to create detailed shop drawings and as-built drawings for roads.
Knowledge of irrigation network drafting and layout design.
Strong understanding of civil engineering symbols and standards.
Attention to detail in producing precise technical documentation.
Ability to manage multiple drafting tasks under tight deadlines.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with the engineering team.
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Drafting Technology.
