CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (ROADS & INFRASTRUCTURE) @ GMC
GMC is currently seeking a highly qualified Construction Manager to lead roads and infrastructure projects in Dubai. This role involves overseeing all site operations, managing diverse teams of engineers and contractors, and ensuring that all project milestones are met within the specified budget and timeframe. The manager will be responsible for the technical integrity of the site and compliance with local UAE safety and construction regulations.
The successful candidate must demonstrate extensive experience in handling sewerage systems, stormwater drainage, and road works. With a focus on quality and efficiency, you will coordinate with project stakeholders and ensure that all infrastructure components, including irrigation networks, are integrated according to engineering plans. This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and a proven track record in large-scale civil construction.

Key Requirements
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in roads and infrastructure projects.
Proven expertise in the management of sewerage and stormwater drainage systems.
In-depth knowledge of road works, paving, and grading techniques.
Demonstrated experience in irrigation network construction and management.
Strong leadership skills to manage site personnel and subcontractors.
Ability to interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical designs.
Proficiency in project scheduling and resource allocation software.
Commitment to maintaining high health, safety, and environmental standards.
Excellent communication and reporting skills for stakeholder management.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related construction field.
