Key Requirements
2-5 years of proven experience in agriculture, landscaping, or horticulture.
Excellent proficiency in both English and Swahili languages.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable character with a track record of punctuality and attendance.
Physically fit and capable of performing outdoor labor in various weather conditions.
Comfortable using smartphone technology for daily communication and work reporting.
High level of integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness.
Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Enthusiasm for sustainable practices, gardening, and environmental preservation.
