HR EXECUTIVE @ GLOBUSRECRUIT
Globusrecruit is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Dodoma, Tanzania. This crucial role involves managing various human resources functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the overall employee experience. The successful candidate will be a local Tanzanian national with a strong understanding of local labor laws and HR best practices. The HR Executive will be responsible for key areas including HR operations and comprehensive documentation, meticulous management of employee attendance and leave records, and providing essential support for performance management initiatives. A core responsibility will be to ensure strict compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal HR policies. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a similar HR role and will be compensated with a gross budget of 800,000 TZS per month.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Thorough understanding of HR functions and best practices
Knowledge of Tanzanian labor laws and regulations
Experience with HR software and systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in managing employee attendance and leave
Capability to support performance management processes
