Key Requirements
6 to 10 years of professional experience in Water or Road infrastructure projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related technical field.
Proven expertise in project planning and scheduling using industry-standard tools.
Strong background in billing, invoicing, and quantity surveying for construction.
Familiarity with contract management and procurement processes in the infrastructure sector.
Ability to analyze site reports and translate them into accurate billing documentation.
Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Primavera P6.
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail regarding project costs and timelines.
Knowledge of local Tanzanian construction regulations and safety standards.
