Key Requirements
6 to 12+ years of extensive experience in Water Infrastructure or Pipeline projects.
Professional degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership or managerial role on large-scale construction sites.
In-depth knowledge of water supply systems, hydraulic engineering, and pipeline installation.
Strong ability to interpret complex technical designs and engineering specifications.
Proven track record of managing project budgets, resources, and site personnel.
Commitment to maintaining strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards.
Excellent problem-solving abilities to address technical challenges during construction.
Proficiency in construction management software and progress reporting techniques.
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
