The Site Accountant cum Store professional will be responsible for the comprehensive management of financial records and inventory at the construction site. This role involves maintaining accurate site accounts, managing inventory levels, and ensuring that all billing records are up to date and reflective of current site activity. You will be a key point of contact for financial inquiries related to site operations.
In addition to accounting duties, you will oversee daily financial reporting and stock reconciliation. The successful candidate will ensure that store management practices are optimized to prevent loss and improve efficiency. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can balance the complexities of site accounting with the physical demands of store oversight in the infrastructure sector.

Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in site accounting or store management.
Proficiency in maintaining site accounts and financial records.
Demonstrated experience in inventory and store management systems.
Expertise in billing records and daily financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of local accounting regulations in Tanzania.
Ability to perform regular stock reconciliation and audits.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication skills for coordinating with site teams.
