QUANTITY SURVEYOR – ROAD @ GLOBUS RECRUIT
The Quantity Surveyor – Road role involves managing all costs relating to road infrastructure projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. You will be responsible for quantity estimation, the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and ongoing cost control to ensure projects stay within budget. Your expertise will help minimize the costs of a project and enhance value for money.
Beyond technical calculations, you will coordinate billing and project finances, working closely with project managers and engineers. This role is vital for the successful execution of road projects, requiring a professional who can handle complex data and provide accurate financial forecasts. You will ensure that all construction work is carried out according to the contract and technical specifications.

Key Requirements
6+ years of experience in quantity surveying for road projects.
Expertise in quantity estimation and BOQ preparation.
Strong skills in billing and project cost control.
Experience in road project coordination and site visits.
In-depth knowledge of construction contracts and legal requirements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and quantity surveying software.
Ability to prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
Attention to detail in reviewing technical drawings and specifications.
