ERB CIVIL ENGINEER @ GLOBUS RECRUIT
The ERB Civil Engineer will lead and supervise civil works on site, ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities comply with the Engineering Registration Board (ERB) standards of Tanzania. This role requires technical leadership and the ability to solve complex engineering challenges on the ground.
In addition to technical supervision, you will coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met. You will oversee site safety, quality inspections, and the implementation of engineering designs. This position is ideal for a licensed civil engineer with a strong background in Tanzanian infrastructure development and a commitment to excellence.

Key Requirements
4+ years of experience in civil engineering and site supervision.
Must be a registered engineer with the ERB in Tanzania.
Extensive experience in supervising civil works and project quality.
Strong knowledge of site coordination and project execution.
Ability to ensure compliance with ERB and national engineering standards.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and structural plans.
Experience in managing on-site safety and health protocols.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills for technical field issues.
Capability to prepare progress reports and technical documentation.
