Key Requirements
Local Tanzanian nationality
Relevant experience in accounting or finance
Good communication skills in English and Swahili
Professional skills in financial reporting
Proficiency in accounting software like Tally or QuickBooks
Strong knowledge of Tanzanian tax laws and regulations
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
Ability to manage payroll and statutory deductions
