Global Publishers is seeking a young, creative, and passionate graduate to join their team at Global TV as a Content Moderator. As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing content across various social media platforms, ensuring that all output aligns with the company's standards and engages the target audience effectively.
The successful candidate will be expected to leverage their creativity to produce compelling content while utilizing modern AI tools to streamline social media operations. This position requires a strong command of both Swahili and English to ensure all communication is grammatically correct and professional. Key Requirements
Must be a young, creative, and passionate graduate eager to grow in the media industry.
Proven experience in creating and writing engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Extensive experience using AI tools specifically designed for social media management and content creation.
High level of proficiency in using computers, various software applications, and smartphones.
Excellent command of both Swahili and English, with the ability to write and speak grammatically correct in both.
Must be a resident of Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced digital media house environment.
Strong understanding of current digital media trends and audience behaviors.
Excellent attention to detail for moderating user-generated content and maintaining brand voice.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with the creative team.
