Key Requirements
Manage end-to-end real estate development projects
Structure funding, investment, and capital stack solutions
Conduct feasibility studies, valuations, and market analysis
Coordinate construction, design, and stakeholder teams
Work with investors, developers, and financial partners
Minimum of 5 years experience in real estate development
Strong understanding of property investment and capital raising
Ability to work in On-Site, Hybrid, or Remote environments
