Glen Rich Consultants is offering an internship opportunity for a Business Systems & Finance Intern. In this role, you will assist our team in building better financial systems for our clients, ensuring they gain full control over their financial data. You will work on various projects that enhance accuracy and efficiency within client organizations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include supporting financial reporting processes, working with ERP systems, performing account reconciliations, and developing management dashboards. You will also assist in cash flow analysis and internal control documentation, providing a robust learning environment for students or recent graduates in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.

Key Requirements
Degree or ongoing studies in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or Information Systems.
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or relevant financial software.
Ability to understand and document complex internal processes.
Attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Eagerness to learn about ERP system implementations.
Ability to work independently on assigned research projects.
Good organizational skills for managing multiple deadlines.
