Key Requirements
7–8 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management
Proven background in a 5-star or luxury hospitality environment
International exposure is highly desirable
Experience managing multiple outlets
Agile, dynamic, and service-driven leader
Strong leadership and team management skills
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations and trends
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial targets
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
