SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER @ GIST CONSULTING
Gist Consulting is seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our growing team in Nairobi. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and sales efforts. You will manage our social media profiles, create engaging content, and interact with our audience to build a strong community around our brand. We are looking for a creative individual who is up-to-date with the latest digital trends and can translate our business goals into effective social media campaigns.
You will work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and monitor SEO and web traffic metrics. The successful candidate will be expected to analyze campaign performance and provide regular reports to management. Key Requirements
Three years of work experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
Proven ability to manage multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong analytical skills to monitor social media performance and generate reports.
Proficiency in content creation tools and graphic design software basics.
Understanding of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
Ability to develop and execute innovative social media campaigns.
Strong interpersonal skills for community engagement and networking.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital media trends and best practices.
