Key Requirements
Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects in the GCC
In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes and safety regulations
Excellent leadership and team management capabilities
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6
Ability to manage project budgets and financial forecasting
Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
