QUANTITY SURVEYOR @ GINCO CONTRACTING CO. LLC
GINCO Contracting Co. LLC is hiring a Quantity Surveyor with 5 or more years of experience to join our commercial team in Sharjah. The successful candidate will support the Senior Quantity Surveyor in day-to-day cost monitoring, measurement, and valuation tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring that project costs are accurately tracked and that all changes are properly documented and valued.

You will be involved in preparing progress payments, measuring work on-site, and assisting in the preparation of final accounts. Key Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying
Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
Proficiency in AutoCad and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong ability to perform measurements from construction drawings
Experience in processing subcontractor invoices and progress claims
Understanding of construction cost components and market rates
Good organizational and time-management skills
Willingness to conduct site visits for physical measurements
Fluent in English both written and spoken
Detail-oriented mindset with high level of accuracy
