We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with over 15 years of construction experience to join our operations in Sharjah. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site operations, ensuring that all work is performed according to technical specifications and safety standards. This role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage diverse workforces effectively.
As a Project Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact for technical queries on-site and ensure that milestones are achieved in accordance with the project schedule. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager to implement efficient construction methodologies and optimize resource utilization. This is a critical role for those passionate about delivering quality construction results in the UAE market.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry
University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
Demonstrated experience in site supervision and management
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and techniques
Ability to read and interpret complex architectural and engineering drawings
Competence in resource planning and workforce management
Commitment to maintaining high health, safety, and environmental standards
Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills
Experience dealing with subcontractors and material suppliers
Strong reporting and documentation skills
