As the first point of contact for our business, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and professional first impression for all clients and visitors. Your daily activities will ensure the smooth operation of the front office and provide essential support to the broader team.
In this role, you will be responsible for answering and directing calls efficiently, managing the reception area to ensure it remains neat and presentable, and handling general inquiries with excellent customer service. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, coordinate deliveries, manage internal communications, and assist with bookings. This position requires a proactive individual who can multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and reliability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with switchboard systems will be highly beneficial for the successful candidate.
