SALES REPRESENTATIVE (FMCG) @ GETTALANTA
Our client is seeking experienced Sales Representatives to join their team in Tanga. The ideal candidates should have a solid background in Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) distribution and be comfortable working in a high-pressure environment focused on hitting targets. We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record of moving products and closing deals rather than just theoretical knowledge.
The role specifically focuses on the distribution of personal care and hygiene products within the Tanga region. Candidates must be resilient, capable of handling customer rejection, and possess deep knowledge of the local market. This position requires hands-on experience and a proactive approach to sales and customer relationship management.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in FMCG sales
Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels
Experience in personal care or hygiene products is an advantage
Currently based in Tanga or willing to relocate
Ability to meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently
High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong track record of closing deals and moving product
Ability to work under high customer pressure
Deep understanding of the local retail and wholesale market
