We are currently seeking 10 motivated Salespeople on behalf of our client team at get talanta. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving sales in the plastic and injection molding machine sector, leveraging their expertise to expand market reach. The role involves managing business correspondence in English and navigating the local Dar es Salaam market effectively, with potential outreach to areas outside the city. Candidates must reside in or near Kigamboni to ensure proximity to the primary business operations. The successful applicants will play a crucial role in our client's growth strategy, utilizing their minimum of two years of specific industry experience to identify new opportunities and maintain existing client relations. This position requires a proactive individual with a Bachelor's degree who can work independently and as part of a dynamic team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Positions are based in Tanzania, Dar es Salaam, with a specific focus on the Kigamboni area.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any academic major.
Minimum of 2 years professional experience selling plastic and injection molding machines.
Strong ability to handle business correspondence in the English language.
Comprehensive understanding of the local Dar es Salaam market dynamics.
Willingness and ability to understand markets outside of Dar es Salaam.
Must reside in Kigamboni or in close proximity to Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales quotas.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective networking.
Proficiency in identifying and pursuing new business leads within the industrial sector.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts.
