Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Port Management, or a related field
Minimum 2 years' experience in port operations, terminal operations, logistics, or a related environment
Strong understanding of port procedures, cargo handling, vessel coordination, and operational compliance
Excellent in communication, and problem solving
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced port environment
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in port operations
Proficiency in relevant port management software or systems
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders (shipping lines, customs, etc.)
Problem-solving skills and decision-making under pressure
