Key Requirements

Proven ability to lead, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff. Unwavering commitment to food quality and artistic presentation standards. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP). Experience assisting with menu development and cost control measures. Ability to remain calm and efficient while working under intense pressure. Strong organizational and time-management skills to oversee multiple kitchen stations. A formal culinary qualification or equivalent professional training. A collaborative spirit and the ability to work seamlessly within a professional culinary team.
