Genius Consultancy is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee our operations in Dar es Salaam. This critical role involves managing the efficient entry and exit of goods, ensuring meticulous storekeeping, and optimizing logistics in a controlled and systematic manner. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring productivity, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards. This position is vital for maintaining inventory integrity and streamlining supply chain processes.
The successful candidate will lead a team, implement best practices for inventory management, coordinate with various departments, and identify areas for process improvement. You will oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Your leadership will ensure that all warehouse activities contribute to overall operational efficiency and support the company's distribution goals, including regional travel when necessary.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar logistics role.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics procedures.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.
Ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage stock entry/exit and storekeeping efficiently.
