Key Requirements
Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and walk for long periods during shifts
Proficiency in both English and Swahili
Strong customer service orientation and positive attitude
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills for handling cash and digital payments
High standards of personal grooming and professional appearance
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
