SALES EXECUTIVE @ GENIUS CONSULTANCY
Genius Consultancy is seeking highly motivated Sales Executives to join our dynamic team in Dar es Salaam. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and expanding our market presence. Successful candidates will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets within a competitive environment. The position involves regional travel as necessary, offering a chance to explore diverse markets and engage with a broad client base.

You will be expected to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and providing post-sale support, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.

Key Requirements
Proven experience in sales, preferably in transportation or heavy-duty/vehicle tyre sales.
Strong understanding of the sales cycle and customer relationship management.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Ability to travel regionally as required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
