Genius Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Office Clerk to join our team in Dar es Salaam. The primary responsibility of this role will be handling all invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Beyond invoicing, the Office Clerk will provide essential administrative support, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of our office environment. This position requires meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to daily tasks.
The successful candidate will be involved in maintaining office records, managing correspondence, and assisting with various clerical duties. You will play a vital role in supporting different departments by ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently. While primarily based in Dar es Salaam, this role is key to maintaining organizational flow and ensuring financial documentation is well-organized and accessible.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as an Office Clerk or in a similar administrative role.
Strong understanding of invoicing procedures and financial record-keeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Basic knowledge of accounting software is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.
