Key Requirements
Significant experience in cafe or restaurant management roles
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
Financial literacy for budgeting and profit/loss management
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a diverse staff
Experience in inventory, procurement, and supplier management
Proficiency in using Point-of-Sale (POS) and office software
Strong organizational and strategic planning skills
Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred
