Key Requirements
Proven experience in preparing various coffee beverages
Knowledge of different coffee beans and roasting profiles
Ability to operate and maintain espresso machines and grinders
Strong attention to detail for latte art and drink consistency
Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and handle high-volume orders efficiently
Maintenance of a clean and organized workstation at all times
Basic understanding of inventory management and stock rotation
Strong teamwork skills and ability to assist colleagues
Availability for early morning or late evening shifts as required
