Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 3-5 years as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry.
Expertise in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Ability to develop, manage, and update complex project baseline schedules.
Strong understanding of resource loading, leveling, and cost monitoring techniques.
Experience in progress monitoring and identifying critical path activities.
Proficiency in performing delay analysis and suggesting mitigation plans.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for technical project challenges.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with project stakeholders.
