GCC GINCO Contracting Co. LLC is hiring a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial and financial aspects of our construction projects in Sharjah. This role involves cost estimation, contract administration, and the management of subcontractors. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects remain financially viable by monitoring budgets and preparing detailed cost reports and valuations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the UAE market, particularly with variation orders and final account settlements. You will work closely with the procurement and project teams to ensure that all financial transactions are transparent and in line with company policies. A high level of accuracy and a strong understanding of contract law within the construction industry are essential.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in quantity surveying.
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other construction contracts.
Expertise in cost estimation and budget control.
Experience in preparing interim valuations and final accounts.
Ability to manage subcontractor claims and variation orders.
Proficiency in quantity surveying software and Excel.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Membership in a professional body (e.g., RICS) is an advantage.
Thorough understanding of UAE construction market rates.
