SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER @ GCC GINCO CONTRACTING CO. LLC
GCC GINCO Contracting Co. LLC is currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale construction projects in Sharjah, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, and closing of projects while ensuring that they are delivered within scope, on schedule, and under budget. You will serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and lead a multidisciplinary team to achieve technical and operational excellence.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 20 years of experience in project management.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations.
Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Ability to handle complex problem-solving scenarios under pressure.
PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly preferred.
