We are seeking a dedicated HSE Manager to ensure the highest standards of Health, Safety, and Environment are maintained across our project sites in Sharjah. The role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE management systems to protect employees, subcontractors, and the public. You will lead safety audits, conduct risk assessments, and drive a culture of safety awareness across all levels of the organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with local UAE laws and international safety standards. You will investigate any incidents or near-misses and implement preventive measures to avoid recurrence. Strong interpersonal skills are required to conduct training sessions and communicate safety protocols effectively to a diverse workforce.

Key Requirements
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment.
NEBOSH International Diploma or equivalent certification.
Deep knowledge of UAE OSHAD and local safety regulations.
Experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems.
Proven ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and audits.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Experience in managing HSE for large-scale construction projects.
Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Strong incident investigation and reporting skills.
Commitment to promoting a zero-harm workplace culture.
