Key Requirements
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or in a similar technical role.
Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and peripheral equipment issues.
Solid understanding of core networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
Hands-on experience with managing and maintaining office IT infrastructure and server systems.
Ability to effectively use remote support tools and helpdesk ticketing systems for incident management.
Possession of relevant professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Associate.
Competence in technical documentation and maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT assets.
A proactive approach to identifying potential security risks and implementing preventative IT measures.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and prioritize tasks in a busy financial services environment.
